DIVINFOOD is a Horizon 2020 project with the goal of studying neglected- and underutilized crops (minor cereals and legumes) in the seven European partner countries. The project seeks to develop short- and mid-tier supply chains that contribute to agrobiodiversity through channeling these crops into production and consumption. The project involves consumer research, breeding and cultivation experiments, recipe and agrifood product development and research on marketing strategies. As part of DIVINFOOD, Agri Kulti leads a work package on consumer research and coordinates a Living Lab that models the full value chain of several different legumes. The 5-year project has started in 2022.
