Born out of the TRUE project researching legume-based food systems, a cookbook was published in 2021 by the founder of Agri Kulti, Gábor Bertényi and Nóra Nemes. The book’s philosophy is to show ways and recipes towards sustainable gastronomy by displaying 80 plant-, animal- and human-friendly, seasonal recipes plus 13 easy-to-digest scientific chapters to help the reader to understand the grand food supply chain and to tackle the challenges the average consumer faces when attempting to lead a sustainable kitchen at home.
